Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions for the use of an Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring system:

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the IoT monitoring system, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use the system.

  2. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify the system administrators of any unauthorized use of your account.

  3. System Availability: The system may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or upgrades. The provider of the system will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled downtime in advance.

  4. Data Privacy: The provider of the system will maintain the privacy of all data collected through the system and will not share this data with any third party, except as required by law. You acknowledge that any data collected by the system may be stored and processed on servers located outside of your country of residence.

  5. Limitation of Liability: The provider of the system will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the system, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  6. Changes to Terms: The provider of the system reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the system after any changes are made signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the system is operated.

  8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of the system will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration organization selected by the provider of the system.

  9. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the provider of the system and supersede all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the use of the system.
